37 year old Rachel Morin a mother of 5 children went out for a walk in Hartford county, Maryland USA and disappeared her boyfriend Richard Tobin contacted the Police reporting her missing.hartford county's sheriff's department conduct a missing Persons search. even putting up a reward to catch her killer following her death.
